Changed from Cabrinhas, as I found the bar pressure a bit heavy. The Kahoona is just so nice and easy, relaunch is as absurdly good, wind range is excellent, lighter bar than the Cabrinha. I tried quite a few kites and these were the ones I just loved from the first launch. Build quality of the kite is excellent, simple, no one-pump, which suits me as I have had to repair a leading edge leak in a one-pump!! The kite is so controllable wind the wind picks up, I haven't had to use the depower yet! Negatives? Not as much low wind power as the Cabrinhas, but if you use the supplied extensions, and as the kite is so much quicker, you can move it to create decent low-end power. The bar is not as well finished as the Cabrinhas, but the 'Eject' release is much easier to operate, and the depower much simpler and doesn't get tangled up like the Cabrinha. All in all, for me, just a superb, fun, easy-to-use kite, I have three, 11.5m, 9.5m, and 7.5m, so can cover most winds in the real world. (Posted on 24/11/2011)
