At Airtime Kitesurfing we do not just want you to be happy with our products, we want you to be ecstatic.

Because we know it is sometimes impossible to test a kite or board before you buy it – and because we want you to be completely happy with your new equipment – we offer the industry's best online purchase guarantee*:

"If you are not completely satisfied with your equipment, we will exchange or refund your purchase for a period of thirty (30) days for any online purchase.

Whether you chose the wrong model, or the wrong size for your local conditions - simply return it, in "as-new" condition, to Airtime Kitesurfing within 30 days and we will be happy to either exchange it for the perfect kite or kiteboard for you, or refund the cost of the goods."


Please note, it is important that the goods are undamaged and cleaned before they are returned to us. Please see below for the small print.

1. If the goods have been damaged then you will be charged a fixed fee of £50, plus the cost of repair.

2. If the goods are not cleaned before they are returned then we reserve the right to charge up to £50 cleaning fee.

3. You are responsible for returning the goods to us, please ensure they are well packaged and that you use a suitable shipping method with adequate insurance should the goods be lost in transit.
4. We will only refund the cost of the goods. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

At Airtime Kitesurfing, noone is more important to us than our customers. We're not happy until you are.
